Yes — MERL Studio offers a free Solo tier for individual practitioners. For teams and organisations, the Project tier is £35/month per project and includes multi-user access, advanced data collection, and priority support. No long-term contracts; cancel anytime.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on AWS infrastructure. Role-based access controls and GDPR-compliant data processing are standard across all plans.

Absolutely. The Solo plan is free and gives you full access to try all core features with no time limit. The first month of any new workspace at the Project tier is free, so you can take it for a spin with your team. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need team collaboration or additional capacity.
